Thanks, Tereza. Yes, I agree, a pound or two - or even five - is nothing.

Interestingly (to me, at least!), I'm down another .6 pounds to 150 this morning. If I'm still there or lower tomorrow, I'm going to increase to 2200.

I'm also hungry! Not all the time, but by the time meals or snacks come around, I'm definitely ready for them. Who'd a thunk it?

I understand about the hunger, I'm going through that too... not fun, but it is part of the process no?

I think you're right! I'm back up to 150.8 this morning, but yesterday my sodium intake was higher than normal, so I know it's water. I'm still going to try 2200 for a week or so and see what happens.

I increased to 2200 yesterday. Trying to remain calm about weight increase (+1 lb). I'll try to hang out at 2200 for a week before I change, but I'm feeling overstuffed again, which is funny since I've only added about 50 calories. I did get more carbs (50%) and less protein (20%) yesterday than I usually do (usually 40-45 & ~30 respectively), so that might have made a difference. Onward!

Good morning! Two days at 2200. I still feel a bit over-stuffed, and my moving average has hit a high point, but I'm gritting my teeth.... If I were to eat intuitively without tracking, I would be eating less. I feel like I'm force-feeding myself! Happily, with planning I'm managing to hit my macros consistently. My weight did drop back .4 this morning, and I'm curious to see what it does as the week progresses at this calories level.

When I started EM2WL, I was training for a half marathon, but I changed my goal a month or so ago. Yesterday was the day - I ran the 10K, and that was great. Now I'm focusing on walks with just occasional easy runs, and on regular weight training. The weather is lovely here (70s), the birds are busy, and the Carolina jessamine--the sweetest fragrance you can imagine--is beginning to bloom along the edge of the woods where I walk. Fabulous!

Sure, ideas are welcome! I think I'm so in the habit of eating mostly healthy that I find it hard to pack in extra calories. I do eat nuts, avocados, whole-fat yogurt, small portions of dark chocolate...plus whole grains. I actually feel a bit better this evening, so maybe the "stuffedness" is passing. (Autocorrect insists I mean "stuffed nests" laughing).

Checking in... I'm feeling a bit less over-stuffed this morning, and happy to see another drop on the scale. Also shocked that I'm not panicked about being over the dread 150 mark.

Up again this morning. Sticking it out at least through the end of the week. I really feel intuitively that I'm close to or a little over TDEE, at least at my current activity level. We shall see!
