Yes, it's important to make sure you get those calories in, *but*, since you made the increase all at once I wouldn't stress about it too much for the first several weeks. Just give your body some time to settle in to the new routine and increased uptake, and soon you will be wondering how you possibly could have existed on one single calorie less laughing Do make sure your protein macro is set to 30%, and really try to nail that one (or get as close as possible..)

Also, I just wanted to make sure that you got a chance to read our Metabolism Reset Guide. In there, I go into detail about how to determine your *true* TDEE, rather than just blindly relying on the calculators. Recommended reading, if you have not already done so. You can find it on our Home Page under the Start Here tab... Often, people discover that they can actually eat more than the calculators give them.
