Newbie with a few questions
My name is Terri- I found this site a few weeks ago. I am 52 and have been yo yo dieting since my 30's. The last few years I seem to gain and lose the same 10 pounds.
I have a few questions:
I have an UP2 tracker- if I use the calories burned on that for my TDEE- do I just take a weekly average and eat that every day or should I change daily?
I haven't been "dieting" for the last month- is it still a good idea to do a metabolic reset due to my history?
