Hi,
I can't afford to go to a gym so I was wondering if it is sufficient to do YouTube videos. For instance, I was thinking of alternating 30 min videos of HIIT and strength training (either body weight or dumbells). Will this be enough to build muscle? Also, should I be doing a little cardio as well since I sit at a desk all day?
