Crossfit Enough?
Hey,
So I am about 30 days into my reset coming off of dukan diet very low cal and carbs ( stuggle with some binging and purgingSad anyways been feeling great eating only whole foods and my weakness..peanut butter! ( all natural of course)
Anyways I have been doing crossfit for about 1 1/2 years now. Was pretty fit before having done P90X, Insanity, and other strength programs on my own for years.
Right now I do Crossfit 4 days a week. I plan on going to 5 when I am eating at my TDEE ( almost there) is that enough exercise? Should I implement some more strength training or HIT workouts?
