Thanks for that hannah^^^ Yep, she is correct - when you calculate your TDEE, all of your exercise is already factored in there, so no, you do not add them to your daily goal. If you log your exercise in MFP, just change the calories burned to "1". Set your calorie goal in MFP and that is your daily target. Then as you increase your intake, simply change that goal in MFP..
