Better say hello!
I'm Rhonda, 46 years old, mother of 3 now mostly grown girls, my youngest is 18, but a senior in high school. Married 27 years to a now retired Air Force man. Full time nurse in a small hospital, where I work the med-surg floor, and do ICU when we have a patient or two there. I work 12 hour nights, so that's a bit more of a challenge, but I'm a night owl by nature so I wouldn't have it any other way.

I've been working my way thought increasing my calories for about a month, now eating about 2000 a day, when I can. Had a few days I simply can't eat more mainly cause I'm playing catch up on lack of sleep and spend 10+ hour a day sleeping lol. Hard to eat when you're asleep.

I have totally slacked off hitting Crossfit but I'm going to start going at least 2 days a week, and then add 2 days a week of pure weight training at home. I have a fairly nice set up at home. I'm hoping this summer, I can cut back to part-time at work, and can go to Crossfit 3 times a week.

I'm looking forward to the exciting journey of getting off that diet trap and learning how to feed my body and keep it happy and healthy.
