Carley's journey to health
I was doing well for so long, until I had a relapse. Until it hit me in the face, that I had to make some major changes, that I needed outside help. I spent the past few months in relapse of restrictive eating.

I've spent the last two months trying to bring my calories up, I've been seeing a dietitian and soon psychologist. Honestly I have a long way to go and this will not be a quick fix, but I do not want to feel like this. Because of restricting my appendix is inflamed, my liver enzymes are higher then normal and my cholesterol is borderline (I had always had low cholesterol!) My body is far from happy. After eating I'm bloated and my stomach hurts.

I love cardio, I love to walk, they say do what you enjoy and I love walking. I need to give myself rest days. I walk about 7 hours a week.

I NEED to stop fasting. Eating breakfast tomorrow will be hard but I need to stop making excuses right? I have no interest in doing a cut at all, I'd be happy to maintain my weight. (I never thought I'd say this) weight loss is not a goal for me because it is a huge trigger. No matter how healthy my intentions are.

My current stats are:
35 years old.
163cms.
My last weigh in was 79 kilos (173lbs) I will confirm that tomorrow.
My TDEE is 2300 calories, I'm currently at 2100 calories.

I'm excited to see how high I can get my calories, because I'm sick of just surviving I want to live. No more being hungry, no more saying no, it is time to say yes!!!

I'd love some friends on MFP if anyone is interested?
