Can we talk about cardio?
I've been talking with Lucia for a while now. My cardio is basically 2 HIIT sessions a week, then 1-2 moderate, 20-min thungs (anything from a swim, to a walk, to a vid).

I recall kiki's vid about cardio as a trump card in the end game of fat loss.

I am currently in cut, and wondering about cardio in genral. On the forums, generally it's regarded as unnecessary for fat loss. And it seems some folks even think it can INHIBIT fat loss.

As someone who's seen an exceptionally slow loss in her cut, I'm curious if we can talk about this more. I lift 3x per week. Has anyone tried a successful cut withOUT cardio, liftimg only? Has it been more successful than cutting with lifting and cardio? (kiki, you have any words? happy

I enjoy the cardio, but could be ok without it. Im more concerned in its impact--either way--on fat loss. Note I am not a cardio bunny happy
