How do you know if reset is right for you?
How do you know if reset is right? How do you know how much your macros should be? Cardio during reset? or just weights? Thanks

If you don't have a bodymedia fit or Fitbit link you should go to http://www.eatmore2weighless.com/faqs for the link to the scooby calculator. Plus there is a lot of great information on that page as well as an ebook that walks you through the process.

Macros 40c/30 p/f

We suggest lifting 3days and cardio in between. Now, if you are coming for VLCD then we suggest cutting the cardio because it will require you to eat more calories. But if you can hit your TDEE w/ cardio then that is fine.

Very Low Calorie Diet - many people have in the past had a net caloric intake below their BMR thus not fully fueling their bodies which has the potential of suppressing metabolism. This is why a reset is often suggested.
