Per nausea - are you drinking enough water? I find that when I'm dehydrated I sometimes get nauseated.

Appreciate it. I did read that if you have a higher fat content meal before working out (no matter how much in advance) your digestion is slow because it takes more time to burn. Maybe I'll test that theory out soon...?

I think I am. How much should I be drinking pre and post workout? I see people walking around with gallon jugs at the gym. I'd be so sick if I did that.

Thanks for all your support.

Does anyone know how much we (us women) fluctuate during the month? I tend to be at my lowest right after my cycle...plus I'm a lot more tone. When that time creeps up, I gain at least 2 pounds and appear bloated.

Curious.

I think that 2 - 5 pound fluctuations are very normal..
