Deadlifts!!

Deadlifts!!
SO I've been consistently weight training since beginning of June, and Deadlifts and squats are my absolute favourite lifts... and today I jumped from 140lbs to 160lbs for deadlifts... only because I couldn't remember what I had deadlifted the last time, I usually keep track. I put the plates on the bar and looked at it like.. I don't think that's right. But I attempted it anyways and I did it!! My husband came down stairs after and told me what I had done the last time (the 140lbs) and I was in shock. My back is hurting tonight, just sore, but So proud of myself. Now to move up my squats lol!!!
