Hello!! excited and scared
I will start logging tomorrow. 2200 calories!! I hooe to make healthy choices and meet my goal. Not use it as an excuse to eat junk. Mealnideas are appreciated Goin shopping tomorrow. What's your must haves. I plan to walk/jog 3 mornings and do atleast 3 days of lifting.

Welcome!! So glad you have found us! Let us know a little bit more about you --- what kind of a background do you come from and what are your goals? Sounds like you already have your calories and exercise planned out. Do you come from a history of low calorie dieting?

As far as meal plans, a lot of that depends on what kinds of foods you like to eat, but you are right that EM2WL is not an excuse to eat "junk". Try to fill in those extra calories with nutritionally dense foods - no need to shy away from full fat dairy, nuts, nut butters.... (and, of course, there is always a little room for a piece of dark chocolate! :-) Are you on Pinterest? If so, we have tons of boards there dedicated to healthy menu ideas, vegetarian meal ideas, clean eating recipes, slow cooker recipes as well as motivational posts and links to informative articles - check it out!

I'm 37 5'3 240 pounds. I have done weight watchers and tried low calories..it's always temporary. I have always stuck to low or no fat so that one is quite an adjustment for me!! I'm not a fish fan or cottage cheese.

I love the out doors. I wish I lived where there were trails and hikes..but oh well the pavement or gym it is.
