It's so difficult to not start counting calories again. I saw a picture of me last night and my face looked like it's carrying a lot of weight. It makes me second guess what I'm doing and if I'm getting results even though in the morning I was weighing less than I have for the past few weeks. Oye!

I've been tired the past few days with some sort of illness. It's starting to pass but definitely a rest week for me. |
