Yea, some people (and I am NOT one of them... laughing ) really love their cardio. If you love it and are going to be miserable without it, then find a way to keep what you enjoy and just try to not go overboard. Remember, exercise is a stress, and the body can react to that stress by holding on to body fat and increased cortisol levels. If you are going to do it, just make sure you are getting an adequate amount of calories to compensate (or again, the body will not react in a positive way...)
