I'm so glad I found a group for this site from My Fitness Pal. I've yo-yo dieted for as long as I can remember. I'm a yo you dieter with body image issues. Although I'v egotten better I am notorious for skipping meals or bingeing, if it's in the bag, box or package it must be a serving. Because of a serious back injury I've worked with a personal trainer once a week for several years. She kept telling me I needed to eat more because of the amount of exercise I do, but it was a hard concept for me to grab hold of. She currently has me at 1700 calories. I'm looking forward to continuing on my weight loss journey with this group and learning from you.

Welcome. It's worth reading a lot and starting a journal below. We'd love to learn more about you and support you as you learn to eat to help your body do what it is meant to do!
