RE: Let's EAT!!!
Tried on my beautiful green indian cotton summer dress. I loved it from the first day I bought it but never got to wear it because I ripped a seam the first time I tried. IT FITS!!!! Now to just get it repaired.

That scale might not move much, but that lifting sure changes things!

RE: Let's EAT!!!
COMPLETE OVERVIEW for this week

Week of July 12th (2100 calorie goal) Weigh ins have basically gone back to daily so I will list them below:
SUN: In-2697 Out-2549 Weight: 200.2 ST-22
MON: In-2485 Out-2569 Weight: ? ST-51
TUE: In-2215 Out-2111 Weight: 203.2
WED: In-2146 Out-2404 Weight: 203 ST-24
THU: In-2430 Out-2688 Weight: 202.2 ST-50
FRI: In-2246 Out- 2488 Weight: 201.2
SAT: In-2273 Out-2442 Weight: 202.2 ST-57

TOTALS: In-16492 Out-17251
AVG: 2356/2464

I put my strength training minutes in above just so my analytical little brain knows when they happened and any associated water weight that might be with it. One day I'll be able to let all of this go. But for now, it calms me to see numbers and patterns.

To put everything in perspective. According to my Happy Scale app, the downward weight trend stopped mid to late May. Between May 23rd and today, my average fluctuates between 200.2 and 203.5. That's 8 weeks within 3 pounds. I'm assuming that is well within the range of normal fluctuations. My average today is 202....smack in the middle.

Enough about numbers today....almost. I'm going to increase to 2300 calories officially today. In reality that won't be much different than what actually happened last week, but I'm not comfortable enough to increase more at this point. Consistency and stability.

RE: Let's EAT!!!
Yay about your dress! And yes, lifting sure does change things around!
Good job with the consistency, that is key to the process and as you have seen, its less fluctuations which is easier to process. you got 2300 no problem.

RE: Let's EAT!!!
Assuming I can stop eating as of now (which I'm fairly positive about), I will be almost exactly on 2300 calories. That's fine today. No raging hunger...it was a rest day with no exercise. I'm sure that has an impact.

Food choices weren't stellar today after 3:00 but I'm on for calories and doing decently with protein. Macros are a fat laden mess due to movie popcorn. Ah well, can't hit everything perfectly on every day!

RE: Let's EAT!!!
I eat a treat almost every day. It's how I have kept doing this for almost 1-1/2 years (diet, maintenance and diet again). As long as you can find your happy medium, stay close to your calorie needs and keep your protein levels up, you are good!
