eat back cals?
Sorry, I know I have a ton of questions....it looks like when we are at our cut cals, we don't need to eat back exercise cals, but what about during the reset? Thanks!

RE: eat back cals?
When you have figured out your TDEE, you should have taken your activity/workouts into consideration. So your activity is included into your TDEE , so no need to eat workout calories. SO, Make sure you pick the correct actvity level!!

RE: eat back cals?
^^^ Yep! ^^^ When you calculate your TDEE, you had to enter your activity level, so that final number that the calculator spits out already has your exercise factored in, so you would *not* eat back your exercise calories (doesn't really matter what phase you are in). The easiest way to handle this on MFP is to log your exercise, but when it comes time for the "calories burned" simply change that number to "1". That way MFP won't mess with your daily macro or calorie goals. Also, you should go into MFP in the Goals tab and just change your daily calorie goal to whatever it happens to be at that time (you can change your macro %s there as well...)
