Hi PSK! I'm sorry you are feeling frustrated. Do you track your foods and macros? Like on MFP or somewhere? Also, if I could be totally annoying and point out what you already know: You are stressing about this, and stress causes a change in hormones and that change causes weight loss to stall. Plain and simple. You are doing all the right things, it seems. Just give it time, these changes don't happen overnight, or even in the course of only one month. Every day you are doing the work, you are getting stronger and healthier. That will show in time, but even if nothing shows on the outside yet, changes ARE happening! Trust the process. Also, I'm also curious about the answer to Anitra's question: are you working towards your TDEE?
