One day down the road you will be so happy you have those pics. So many people have comparison pictures where they actually weigh more, but their body shape has completely transformed. When we are often focused on the number on the scale for positive reinforcement, and the scale is not "playing nice", those comparison pictures are often what encourage us to continue. Glad you took them!

I am still here, still doing a reset. Still gaining...ugh. Up to 157. But I am working with Joan for workouts and nutrition. I just needed someone to tell me how he obvious: don't weigh every day, go easy on the steady state cardio, take a rest day, etc. I know, the same stuff you guys were saying. I am dense happy

Ok, so about 5 weeks later.... How interesting! In another week, my weight went up 2 lbs to 159 and stabilized while I lost a few inches. I have been there ever since eating about 2500 calories and a LOT of protein. My exercise consisted of three days of pretty heavy lifting, one day of HIIT, and Joan let me run once a week
