Hey! It's been 7 weeks of cutting at 1800-1900 cals and I noticed that my progress stalled and I totally lost my hunger. I could go for almost all day on a few hundred calories because I simply did not want to eat. I decided to go on a diet break because increasing my intake to match my TDEE helped to regain my appetite first when I started metabolism reset.
I used Scooby calculator and now I am eating at around 2150 calories. I think I will try to push it a bit higher as Anitra advised, since I am now constantly working out 5 times a week compared with previously 4 regular workouts.
That's A LOT of food, especially on weekend, when I sleep longer so there are less waking hours to get hungry laughing Despite that I am really happy with my mindset because now I know that I am in total control of my body. I can make it grow or shrink whenever I want! That's so liberating happy
