RE: Trying a reset
Sadly no loss this week. Need to work on cutting back on sugar. I was doing good but then roll up the rim started and now I`m back to my 1/2 hot chocolate 1/2 coffee at least once a day.

RE: Trying a reset
Well, as we all know, weight loss is not linear, but rather happens in phases. Possibly the increase in sugar is to blame, or possibly it would have happened this way anyways. If you feel yourself falling back into bad habits, better to catch it now than sometime down the line.

Here's to an awesome next week!

RE: Trying a reset
Bad habits of sugar and beer are my achilles heel. Every day is a new day and new opportunity to do better (or worse!).

The important thing is recognizing those "issues" and addressing them before they get too far out of hand and reeling things back in. Make it a great day!
