Hello, hello! (And question about forums)

Hello, hello! (And question about forums)
Hello! Long time lurker (about a year), but I finally gathered the guts to say hello. :-)

A little info on me:
I attempted a reset in October 2014, but it was honestly not a reset. I mean, what do you call one month of eating 1700-2000 calories with a whole lot of cardio? NOT A RESET. not talking

Anyways, I have been thinking of starting a personal journal on here to track my progress as well as to meet others who are going through the same process. I am alone on this journey and could really use encouragement and advice.

Before I create new threads, I have a question: If I create a thread, will I also have control over deciding if to delete the thread or not?

RE: Hello, hello! (And question about forums)
Yay for coming out of "lurk mode" and joining us! Absolutely start a journal, introduce yourself, give us your history and track your progress there. We will always be here to offer guidance, support and help along the way. Rather than starting multiple threads, it really is best to just start one (which is why we recommend starting a journal) ... that way if you have questions, we can refer back to your history through one single thread. When multiple threads are created and someone asks a question we either have to hunt through their various threads or ask them to repeat things that were previously posted if we have questions about their history...

As far as deleting a thread, I know *I* have that option, but I am an administrator, so honestly I am not sure if that option appears for others. But, please know that you can contact me at any time (send a PM) and I can always delete a thread (that you have created) if that is what you would like.

Join us here, and you will not be alone on your journey. We will be here to help, support and advise you along the way :-)

Ah, understood. I will definitely just make one and keep everything there. Thank you for responding, and thank you for giving me the option to delete my thread!
