Ebby's Intro!
Hey guys! My name is Ebby and I've been a fitness enthusiast for a long time. I'm 32, Canadian and a stay at home mom with a few fitness certifications, I train people part time.

I've had my fair share of dietary screw ups and succumbed to my ED's in my earlier 20's, it's been a journey that's for sure but I'm on the right track now. I'm here to relate and just be around other likeminded folk who are trying to help others stay healthy and enjoy fitness/nutrition. I'm a huge foodie and love cooking/baking.

I do bodybuilding style rotations mixed with some endurance sports and dance periodization throughout the year. I tend towards the cardio junkie side of fitness because I'm such a go go person and I use it as a form of therapy at times for anxiety.

I consider myself to be a physique architect, I've been lifting since 13, but now that I'm aging, I'm noticing that things aren't as easy because of osteoarthritis and raising a family while trying to maintain the lifestyle. I know I need to really commit to eating within my TDEE during times of stress when I have no appetite so I don't lose muscle anymore while I get back to my ideal weight after a 14 month bulk. I'm tired of peddling back and forth. Nice to meet you all and looking forward to relating!

RE: Ebby's Intro!
Welcome!! So glad you have decided to join us here! Everyone comes from such different backgrounds and histories, and it is so interesting to see how we are all so different, yet so similar. Can't wait to here more about your story and journey ... (and I love that phrase "physique architect"!)
