Home Gym !
So, I started making a home gym. I'm excited I can actually do this now.

So far I have an adjustable barbell set that goes up to 110 and it came with dumbbell sticks.
I also just got an adjustable bench with a short rack on it. It was an xmas gift, so.. it's what I have. Both are CAP.
Since I was just using barbell at the gym I figured this was enough for now, except I'm not sure how to to heavier squats without a rack.

I still want to get the beginner's training guide book - what other things do you suppose I will need to get started with that?

Barbell, dumbbells and a bench? That is a fabulous start!

You definitely won't be able be able to go too heavy on the squats without a rack, but you should be able to make some great progress. Personally, the only other things that I have in my home gym are some resistance bands, a balance ball and I also have an adjustable kettlebell. If you have the spot for one, a pull-up rack would be great too...
