RE: Jc/saranharm's em2wl journal
I've been at ~2400 calories for almost 2 weeks. Here are my weights:

Jan 8- 164
9- 163.6
10-163.6
11-163.8
12-165
13-164.2
14-no data
15- no data
16- no data
17-165.4
18-165.2
19- 165.2
20-164.6

Should i hold tight here and keep tracking? Go up again?

I would definitely test it by pushing 100 calories higher at some point... It looks like you are staying stable right now (which is AWESOME!) so if you feel like you are ready, go for it.

Love it! It's so funny to see how everybody progresses through this whole reset process. At first, they start out being terrified of eating more, then they start relaxing a bit, then they look forward to eating more, then they wonder how they could ever live on one calorie less! laughing

Thank you!

Its funny/interesting to me that i only gained what I had lost during my october purge (~1200 a day). I'm back atthe weight i've been at for close to a year or maybe more. (I'd have to check).
