How do i add a photo?

On happy scale it looks like my weight is trending upwards.

Sorry for typos- on mobile!

Go to your user CP (the link is found near the words, welcome back, Jc_wt) and then edit for a picture if you want to add one to your profile.

Otherwise, you have to put the picture on something like Flickr and then get the URL for it. You can add in the New Reply using the button that looks like a mountain with a sun over it.

That trend is certainly upwards, but it's over a fairly short amount of time (and that last big jump was certainly water) so I would give it another week or so before making any adjustments.

Okay, thank you.

This was my first big jump in quite a while- i think my chili had quite a bit of sodium! Of course I made a ton so I will be having it for lunches for several days happy

Yep, anytime you see a big overnight jump like that it can normally be attributed to something like: sodium, hard leg workout the day before, TOM, stress. In this case you are probably right that your yummy chili is the culprit! But take that knowledge, move on and enjoy it!

Sodium can definitely make the scale jump! It happens whenever I drink a cup or two of chicken soup. And awesome job testing out an extra 100 calories. happy

RE: Jc/saranharm's em2wl journal
Here is my week at 2500 calories:

And an updated happy scale- i went in and added my weekly weigh ins from november & december.

I stopped eating the chili midway through the week. My weight went back down to 165 one day and then back up again. Did not settle close to the weight i started at.

Continue at 2500? Decrease back to 2400?

Honestly I would stay here for another week, just to see what that trend is going to do. If it is still trending upwards at the end of that week, back down to 2,400 and see if it stabilizes.
