Am I doing this wrong?
I've done 2 days of the EMTWL 12 week plan. It says 5 min warm up, 5 min core then 35-40 min strength. It's 4 exercises. I'm not in about 25min. I'm not rushing. Is this ok? Should I add more in?

Nope, definitely don't add any more exercises. Just make sure you are paying attention to the rest times between sets, and don't rush your reps.. Slow and steady without using momentum. Also, make sure that you are lifting heavy enough that you actually *need* that rest time to recuperate.

I can probably slow down my reps. I make sure that I can breath properly again inbetween lol

Ok last week for the leg curl I did the machine. On day 3 I did it with the exercise ball. I almost died! Hardest thing ever. I could barely keep my butt off the floor.
So my question is can I do the machine again? Or should I really do it on the ball again?

I think you should do which ever option you are more comfortable with right now. If you are not comfortable on the exercise ball, don't risk injury. Work up to it, and eventually you will become stronger. Modifications are always acceptable and preferential if form is compromised with the more difficult exercise, or if injury is a possibility. Do what you can, safely and comfortably, and work up to it - no shame in that!
