I went back up to TDEE for week 25, and I meant to continue the same through week 26, but I ate at my cut. Then, I decided I would try for TDEE week 27, which I was able to do. For the past three weeks, I have been at my 10% cut or slightly above.

This is frustrating. I have been at this for 30 weeks, and I am bigger than ever. When I ate a lot less, I weighed a lot less. My clothes still don't fit.

I'm still weight training - using heavier weights than ever about 30 minutes 2-3x per week, and I am doing power/vinyasa yoga at least 2x per week. My daily step average is 12K per day.
