Fiber - how can I get more?

Fiber - how can I get more?
so my fiber struggle is real...this seems to be an area that I really have to focus on to hit 25-30g daily. I find that people often suggest adding spinach to smoothies and eating a salad to boost fiber, but there really is not a lot of fiber in those products - IMO. I know that fruit is a winner but frozen fruit is bleh and it's still too cool for the really juicy fruit in this area. So, what are your go to foods/snacks that are high in fiber (and also gluten/dairy free)? I'm hoping there may be some items I have not considered - if not, I will just increase my servings of veggies.

RE: Fiber - how can I get more?
Tons of great ideas on that pinterest board! I was going to answer with apples, chickpeas, lentils, and split peas (which conjures up images of gross mushy split pea soup from when i was a kid, but done right, they are a) nothing like peas, for the pea-averse, and b) super tasty). Also, work in a couple of tablespoons of ground flaxseed into your day. Good fiber, great omega 3's... I like to put in my chia pudding or smoothie, my husband always throws some in his oatmeal.

RE: Fiber - how can I get more?
Pinterest is a great gathering place for tons of inspirational recipes and ideas. I have made boards specific for high fiber, high protein, lower cal cutting-type recipes as well as a place to collect our blogs and Kiki's YouTube and Periscope "rambles"... Tried to make it a "one stop shop" laughing
