Crossfit Enough?
So I am about 30 days into my reset coming off of dukan diet very low cal and carbs ( stuggle with some binging and purgingSad anyways been feeling great eating only whole foods and my weakness..peanut butter! ( all natural of course)
Anyways I have been doing crossfit for about 1 1/2 years now. Was pretty fit before having done P90X, Insanity, and other strength programs on my own for years.
Right now I do Crossfit 4 days a week. I plan on going to 5 when I am eating at my TDEE ( almost there) is that enough exercise? Should I implement some more strength training or HIT workouts?

Four days a week of CrossFit is plenty. Honestly, your body needs that time between to heal, and that is when muscle growth actually occurs (during the healing process, not while in the gym...) Any more than four days and you are not giving your body the rest it needs and you risk sub-par workouts and over-use injuries. If you feel the "need" to do something every day, try adding in some yoga or gentle walking.

So, are you still working your way up to TDEE? It sounds as though since you are still having some binge/purge issues that you may not be there yet. Once you get to TDEE, if you are eating mostly whole, unprocessed foods, you really should be satiated enough that those binge urges start to fade with time... Another thing to remember: your reset won't actually start until you get to your TDEE. Working your way up to TDEE is most definitely a important part of the process, but also spending a good 8 - 12 weeks at TDEE (longer if you come from a long history of severe dieting) is very important, as this is when your body is going to become acclimated to eating at this new level.
