That is fantastic that your weight is staying stable! Absolutely, go ahead and increase to 1900 or 2000.

As far as the protein, it is so important for both building and maintaining muscle mass as well as fueling a healthy metabolism. Check out our Pinterest page for some inspiration... We have a board dedicated specifically to High Protein Recipes. Now,certainly most of the things pinned there are meat or chicken, but there are also ideas of other high protein foods.
