Step count is only outside the house and is the entire week, not one day.

Weight - Starting weight-305 pounds August 2014/ September 3, 2017 305
Calf- April 2016-20.5 inches/ Last week 18.5 / Today 18.25 inches
Thigh- April 2016-29.25 inches / Last week 25 / Today 25 inches
Hips - August 2013-59 inches / Last week 54.75 / Today 55 inches
Abdomen - June 2016-49.25 inches / Last week 41.5/ Today 41.5 inches

I know I'm late updating, but Rick decided to share his cold... I'm miserable. I tried to tell that I know we share everything, but he really didn't need to share this. LOL Even through the fog of illness I've still managed to teach myself some new chainmaille weaves! I can now do Half Persian 3 in 1, Half Persian 4 in 1, Helm, box, Byzantine, spiral, Dragon Tail, Queen's Link, and Full Persian.

Of course the hEDS had to get really bad this week with having this darn cold. Sad as you can tell in the picture.

Ugh, sorry on the cold, hope you feel better soon. Did you have a chance to join the bootcamp? I think you would enjoy the interaction and you would definitely add to the group!
