Good Stretching Program
With all this lifting, I'm finding myself becoming stiffer and stiffer.

Anyone got good recommendation for a stretching program?

I do like doing Cathe's yoga videos (even though they are not just stretching per se) and I really like the mobility workouts from Kelly Starret (he has videos on YouTube). I always want to do a stretching routine, but I find it hard to dedicate one full workout day to it. So either I do the yoga on a rest day or I just add some mobility moves in the end of my ST workout (the body is warm). Foam rolling will also help you losen up and relieve muscle soreness.
