Today was measurement day and my stats, for my good luck, remain about the same:

HIPS: 103cm
BUTT: 103 cm
WAIST: 71 cm
BELLY : 85 cm
THIGHS:62cm

From today I will up the cals to 1900 per day, as I feel hungry at the end of the day....
Pretty close to TDEE!!!

the joke is that no matter the up of my cals, the last two days I was yet hungry after my last meal of the day.....I don't know what to do.... Should I eat one more meal, although I will pass the 1900 cals limit? Should I endure it?
This hunger is maybe due to my period that is on the way, but I cannot be sure....

They say hunger is a sign your body is responding to more food! You could up another 100-200 calories. Especially since we you've been so steady. Awesome!

So nice to hear!! Yesterday I ate about 2000 cals. I didn't wake up in the middle of the night by hunger... happy

Approaching TOM usually makes us really hungry for a few days, so perhaps that is one issue.

Hard workout days can also leave us feeling hungry...

Also, yes, your metabolism is speeding up and that hunger is a good sign! When you are having those ravenous days, try to really concentrate on protein, fiber and water. Those three things will help to keep you feeling fuller for a longer period of time.

You are doing great!

For years now I use the "calorie counter" app and I track every single grammar of my cals, protein, carbs and fats.
Now , I eat 180gr of protein, 180 gr of carbs and 60gr of fat. I also try to eat plenty of vegetables and drink more than 2 bottles of water per day.
I like to be precise, so I will be able to know in the future what was that thing that worked well /bad on my body. :-)
I really appreciate the help that you offer here. Without this forum I wouldn't dare to make the step and do the reset, because of my fears.

This week I increased my cals up to 2000.
My stats remain exactly the same, although I feel a "puffiness".

My gym will be closed for two weeks, so I will not be able to do any weights. Also my physiotherapist suggested to take advantage of the closed gym and take a break so my body be able to rest properly.

My question is, what do I have to do with my cals? Should I keep them at 2000 per day, or to cut them down? I was thinking to cut them to 1900 for as long as I am not doing any weights...

It's funny, when you I was reading that your gym would be closed for two weeks, my instant reaction was "good, take a two week break from lifting!", and then I read on and that is exactly the advice you have already gotten. Yes, your body needs those rest weeks to heal and recover, so don't feel bad about taking them. You will only come back stronger! Just use this as a time to get some fun other activities in...

As far as your intake, I would just play it by ear. If you are simply less hungry because you are not lifting, then it's fine to cut back a bit. if you are hungry, then just stay where you are.
