Today my weight was up again. Now it's the highest ever and this is frightening... It's 132 lbs and I have not changed the calories. I'm still eating about 1800 a day. i'm thinking about jumping directly to the calculated TDEE, just not to have this process. Has anyone done this and could tell me about their experience?

Same thing still applies^^^ Yes, you could just jump to your TDEE, but you will just see bigger gains on the scale. If you take it slower your body will gradually adapt to each small, incremental increase. If you make a bigger caloric jump you will just be eating at a bigger percentage over your *suppressed* TDEE. Either method will get you to the same end result, but if the weight gain bothers you (which it obviously does) I would take the slow track.
