Need some help with supplements!
I am an avid crossfiter (4-5x per week) lifting really heavy thanks to EM2WL! My PR have been increasing practically weekly! It is crazy the amount of strength I have. However, since I am lifting heavy I feel like I need more supplements to help with recovery and to get the best results.

I eat really clean and get adequate protein. I take omega-3, probiotics, mulitvitamin, joint support and D3 and rice protein powder( can't tolerate whey)

I have been doing research on taking BCAA and Creatine Monohydrate but I can't decide if I need both or if one is better than the other.

Please help! I am really confused by all the info out there on supplements and there seems to be even more confusing info for women.
