Not paying much attention to your weight while the weight not changing much is a good thing. Your sugar consumption is fine. I also find that for me more milk and yogurt is very helpful. Not just because of the protein, but because of the calcium. Plus I do like the taste.

Hi, just a quick update, weight not changed, normally I put on half a stone at christmas so was shocked to weigh myself yesterday.

Back to doing my workouts and eating right this week, I guess its proof naughty food wont pile on the pounds if you stop when full happy

Going to try and plan my meals without going into detail, I know roughly how much calories are in the foods I eat, but fingers crossed!
