Even 5 lbs up or down, you should recalculate your TDEE. Normally your weight will not come down to 145 at TDEE on its own. Could it happen, yes, but it's not the norm. On the workouts, the EM2WL are excellent! We still don't have an specific band workout yet, but they are worth checking out! There are a few free ones as well: I have Cathe's travel workout and it is killer!
