I went back and reread a bunch of your posts last night - very helpful since we're the same height & so close in weight and BF. Last night I was in a bit of a funk and to console myself, I had about 200 extra calories of - yes! - dark chocolate. :-) I don't do that very often, but, oh well. So I ate 2406 yesterday. This morning, my weight is down .4 lb. So I'm going with "200 calories of chocolate = -.5 lb." Sounds legit, right? Seriously, my average for the week was 2025, so close to my 2200 goal. I'm going to stick it out for a while longer. Starting weight in Nov. - ~145 @~2125/day - 1-10 to 1-30 up & back down 148.2-149.4 @2000/day -- 1-31 to 2-10 up & back down, 149.4-150.4 @2128-2190/day -- 2-12 to 2-18 up & back down, 150 to 151.2 @ average 2225 2-19 151.8 2-20 151.4 2-21 151 2-22 151.6 2-23 151.6 2-24 152.6 2-25 152.2 BMR - 1296 TDEE - Moderate-2010, Strenuous-2237, ave 2163 Currently eating 2200 Average last 7 days 2225 |
