Good morning! Holding steady at 2150. I packed 8 boxes of books yesterday and lugged them to the garage "holding area," and helped move a couple of heavy pieces of furniture around and then load them into vehicles (selling stuff), plus general running around -- I'm counting that as exercise!
My weight each of the past 3 days = 154.8. Average weight the past 7 days & for the 7 days before that both = 154.5, average calories for past 2 weeks = 2179 (some days considerably higher, a couple of days ~100-200 lower. I was gaining at 2200. I think I'm close. (Yes, I know I haven't stayed as long as recommended, but part of this process is learning to trust our bodies, and this just feels right.) Starting weight in Nov. - ~145 @~2125/day - 1-10 to 1-30 up & back down 148.2-149.4 @2000/day -- 1-31 to 2-10 up & back down, 149.4-150.4 @2128-2190/day -- 2-12 to 2-18 up & back down, 150 to 151.2 @ average 2225 -- 2-19 to 2-24 down & back up 151 to 152.6 @2360-2400 -- 2-25 to 3-4 steady rise from 152.2 to 155 - eeeek! @2143-2260 -- 3-5 to 3-10 while not tracking - down-up-down a pinch 155-153.8 @2150 3-11 154.8 3-12 154.8 3-13 154.8 BMR - 1296 TDEE - ~ 2150-ish |
