I cut ~15% this week, and am back down a little. I plan to stay at this level for another week or two and then recalculate and eat at TDEE for 3-4 weeks. Oddly, I'm not overly hungry as I'm getting lots of protein (esp. salmon and skipjack tuna), good fats, and fiber. Carbs, too, but I'm trying to keep to ~35-40% for a bit. When I do get hungry, I eat something satisfying, like an ounce of good cheese or a bowl of berries. It isn't so much the weight I want to lose now, but I seem to have regained a bit of belly I had lost, and it's making my clothes tight. I've also started a new yoga class to get back into that habit. We'll see!
