RE: Eat, Play, Write
I prefer this forum also - just wish there was more activity on here.

Great news that you have started to shrink the numbers on the scale :-) well done - it must be good to be back in the 140s.

I like your updates and I always find it interesting to see the data - the difficulty is being detached from it on the daily basis.

Have a fabulous holiday.

What happens is that when we have a workshop or any events, there’s more action in other platforms, just because it easer to share videos and other material.

I agree - this feels less exposed. I'm glad you guys are still here!

RE: Eat, Play, Write
Good morning! I just finished the 4th week of my tiny cut, and am down a pound (4 since early July, so a pound a month). I'm still using 1850 as probably close to my TDEE at my current level of exercise, so this week and next I will be aiming for 1800-1900 calories, but I think this may be slightly high since I'm not getting my usual exercise for various reasons. Anyway, I'm looking forward to a little more grub! I can't say I've been overly hungry, but a little bit more than I've gotten used to. Eager to see what happens with the extra 100-200 calories. I hope everyone is well!

Starting weight in Nov. - ~145
Calorie range 1/10-4/7 = 2011-2308
Average weights 1/10-4/21 = 148.9-156.8
Chill through May & June -- no weigh-ins, ate what I pleased
Date - Sun. weight - ave. calories prev. week
7/2 - 153.6 - 1930
7/9 - 153.6 - 1820
7/16 - 152 - 1780
7/23 - 152.6 - 1803
7/30 - 151.8 - 1853
8/6 - 151.4 - 1745
8/13 - 152 - 1847
8/20 - 150 - 1851
8/27 - 150.8 - 1981
9/3 - 151.8 - 1831
9/10 - 151.4 - 1830
9/17 - 151.2 - 1948
9/24 - 153.2 - 1997
Start 4-week cut
9/30 - 150.8 - 1680
10/8 - 150.4 - 1704
10/15 - 149.8 - 1756
10/22 - 149.8 - 1660

Estimated TDEE -- ~1850
Estimated BMR -- ~1300

I was thinking of you and wondering how you were doing. Are you taking a TDEE break?

Thanks for thinking of me, Tereza. Yes, as I said, I'll be aiming for 1800-1900 calories now for a couple of weeks to see what happens. (Well, aiming for 1850, but not too rigidly!) That's about where the calculator puts me - I think I'm between levels so I averaged. At least until I get my exercise revved back up. Does that seem like a reasonable approach?
