New scale
I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this. I have pretty much avoided the scale for a while but I realize to determine my tdee I may need to take a peek. My scale tends to weigh about 5 lbs high. Do I need to replace it for the sake of accuracy? Any recommendations?

RE: New scale
To be honest, every scale may give you different readings, unless they are tested frequently by the FDA. Don't worry about buying a different one. Just use it for comparison, 5 lbs more ore less does not make a difference honestly. You can use the same scale and it will show increases or decreases.
