RE: Quest bars
Some love them, some don't care for them. I tried most of the flavors, some are ok, some are just meh. Peanut Butter Chocolate and Mocha Chocolate are my favorites. But they do deliver a good deal of protein and fiber for around 200 cals and can be pretty filling.
But like like Ichel says about finding the right protein powder, it's like kissing frogs to find the prince, you need to try them...

RE: Quest bars
Chocolate Double Chunk - Yum happy I actually think they are on the top end for healthy protein bars, Milk and Whey protein, Fiber and limited other ingredients make them a pretty good choice.
