RE: Alright ladies! The time has come!
I am using 20% cut and Im always hungry. It seems on day when I workout in the am and have my protein shake Im fairly ok but when I dont Im hungry all day long. Ive been doing 20% for 2 weeks and still havent lost. I do think its to low. My calories at cut are 1973 and my BMR is 1594. I feel silly because my numbers have been figured a million times and I keep missing the mark somewhere. Should I change to 15% now or wait another 2 weeks? I thought the hunger would have gone away by now I knew atleast the first week of cut Id be hungry. But Im heading into my 3rd week and Im still hungry.

I tried every diet in the book. I tried some that weren’t in the book. I tried eating the book. It tasted better than most of the diets.

Hey lady,

I think we chatted a bit about this. I sure didn't try cutting 20% that is steep. We suggest after TDEE dropping by 10% first and stay there for at least 4 wks to see how things go. I didn't start losing until 3.5wks after I started the 10% cut.

Maybe shift up to a 10% cut for the next 2 wks, then do a week at TDEE and then back to 10% cut for the next 4wks.
