Okay, so I happen to exercise a bit. typically my workout schedule looks like this
Monday 5.12 miles at 9:03 pace
30 minutes of cardio +10 minutes of stretching
Tuesday 7.45 miles at 9:36 pace
Julian Michaels dvd
Low impact aerobics dvd
Wednesday 1 mile at 7:40
30 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of swimming
30 minutes of cardio +10 of stretching
Thursday 7.35 miles 9:19
Julian Michaels dvd
Low impact aerobics dvd
Friday 7.49 miles at 9:20
Julian Michaels dvd
Low impact aerobics dvd
Saturday 11.5 miles at at 9:20 pace
Sunday rest day


And monday -friday I also walk 1.5 miles (round trip) to pick up my sister from school

according to scooby it says I should eat about 2456 calories a day
I am 5'2 125lbs and want to increase muscle while losing fat.
Does this sound accurate? Because I know so many people my age who can eat soo much more.

I would really love it if someone helps, I feel like I am starving some days but I don't want to "overeat"

Hi and welcome to the forum happy

Might I ask...How old are you? That definitely figures into how much you should eat..

For the amount of activity that you are doing (which really seems like a lot - maybe more than necessary) - that amount is likely right. Scooby calc is typically pretty accurate. Someone of your height/weight would usually need less food than that, but your activity level is rather high, which pushes the number up a bit.

Is there any particular reason for the large volume of activity? Are you training for anything?

I'm 22 years old. I am training for a marathon so I tend to workout a lot. Its also "fun" for me. Generally, it averages to 2 hours of exercise 6 days a week and 1 hour of walking 5 days a week so 3 hours of total activity.
Sometimes I am starving on this amount, so I wonder if its enough.

For your age and training goals, your cals sound right. You'll def need to eat enough to support your endurance and optimize performanc for your runs wink
