Catheletes HELP!

Catheletes HELP!
I have purchased AfterBurn, Tri-sets, slide and glide, gym style back shoulders triceps, muscle max, core max, butts and guts, and athletic training. I have no idea how to sequence these so im not over training.....can you help me get a calender going with the dvds I have?

I try to alternate weights with cardio. upper body weights can be done next to a lower body workout, so you cold do Gym Style Back, Shoulders, & Triceps next to Butts and Guts. Afterburn and Athletic Training are workouts that include both cardio and weights, so you should take a days rest before doing another weight workout. Slide & Glide is more cardio, but the lower body gets a workout. Core Max could be added on to any workout that does not include abs. I hope this helps.

Yep. You got some great advice from Laura. So using her tips it may look something like:

Week one:
Day 1- Butts and guts
Day 2- GS back, bi, shoulders
Day 3- slide and glide
Day 4- Muscle max
Day 5- Core max (or rest)
Day 6- Afterburn
Day 7- rest/yoga

Week two
Day 1- trisets lower
Day 2- trisets upper
Day 3- Athletic Training
Day 4- yoga/rest
Day 5- muscle max lower + core max segment
Day 6- Gym Style BB&S
Day 7- rest/yoga/light cardio

Or something along those lines, I guess... Lol.

Idk how often you workout, so it's obviously gonna include extra workouts if you're not a 5-dayer like me, lol...

Lol. Nope not lazy. I'm 4-5 days, tops. I usually plan for 5, and go with the flow. Last week was 3, this week was only two surprised lol
