I will be starting STS on Sunday. This will be my second time doing STS, but last time I only did the 3.5 rotation. This time I am going to pyramid. The other BIG difference is going to be the fact that I was under eating the first time I did it, exactly what Kiki said she had done in the past. I did see results, which makes me even more siked this time becasue I will be bulking. I can't wait to see the results this time!!

This is not my first time going through STS (it is probably the 4th or 5th), but it will be the first time that I actually "purposefully" (you all know my weekend adventures....) try to eat above maintenance when hitting Meso 2 and Meso 3. I hope I don't freak out at the weight gain that will inevitably happen! I plan to track more my body fat percentage than my weight. I also hope to make the extra calories more healthy calories.

Oh my goodness...someone just happened to tell me about this lady that makes all natural organic protein bars that taste divine. 250 calories and 24 gr of protein from whey, casein, eggs, and some other awesome all natural stuff. You talk about excited. She lives in my area too, bakes them to order. I know I know there are some that can whip those things up themselves, but I am not a baker...lol.

First time BULK Check-in
Yay! So excited to have some many amazing people bulking along with me.

I'm a first-timer, and I'm beginning my bulk on October 1st. I'm starting my intake at 2500 calories and adjusting upward from there if needed. I'm still dragging my feet on taking pictures....need to get on that one.

I don't have STS, so I will be doing my own program, but lifting heavy. I have been stalled out on most of my lifts so I'm hoping to achieve some of my goals during bulk. I'm planning on bulking until Jan 1st.

Not going to lie, I'm a little nervous...but the videos helped immensely.

Hey everybody!! Less than 36 hours to go for D1. Can't wait!! This is my 3rd or 4th time doing STS and second time bulking with it. Tried it for the first time last year. There were some rough patches, but if you believe in the process, it made it easier to see it through. I'm eating at maintenance this week, but will start cutting on Sunday. I'm planning to pyramid, but I'll decide once I see how I respond to M1 during this cut. So bulking will start with M2. I have my poms poms ready!!
