calipers
Hi Guys,

I am over the whole body fat thing with the scales.
So i want to get calipers happy

I checked on Ebay and there are some that are really cheap ...a few dollars with free postage.
I am in australia that is why i am looking at the australian ebay site happy

Just wondering from those of you who know or use or have used calipers, is there much of a difference in accuracy, ease of use etc between the really cheap ones and the more medium price range ones?

Don't think i am keen on the digital ones, just because i wonder with digital stuff there is more stuff that can go wrong, batteries etc..

Any in particular that those of you who know about calipers would recommend or any you would steer clear from?

RE: calipers
All I have are the cheap ones that came with one of my workout programs - I still can't quite get the hang of them. Sad I wish I could give you a helpful answer, but all I have is this site I came across: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/drobson98.htm Maybe it'll help a bit with generalities and it gives you a few other tools/websites that you might find interesting.

RE: calipers
I have the accu- measure. It came with a detailed book on how to use them. I have my DH do it so he kinda can do the same thing every time. It's not an exact science, but at least it's a general idea....
